Twin Falls police say 40 year old Angelica Martinez is facing charges in the double murder of a Twin Falls businessman and his employee. Martinez a Twin Falls woman was arrested in Phoenix Arizona and charged with Aiding and abetting murder along with drug related crimes. On December 1st, Jamie Rodriguez and Jesse Meda were found dead.
Lori Vallow Daybell appeared in an Arizona Courtroom yesterday. She has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit murder. She entered a not guilty plea for both counts. In Idaho she was convicted of the murder of her two children. Her husband also faces murder charges and could be facing the death penalty.
Idaho Attorney General Raul Labrador has ordered Canyon County to conduct a re-count of the votes that narrowly passed the City of Caldwell General Obligation Bond in November's election. The $17.3 million fire dept. bond unofficially passed by the slimmest margin at 66.74 percent. It requires two-thirds of the vote to pass.

A fire at a Walmart in Boise has closed the store while officials investigate the blaze. In a news release, the fire department said they were called to the store on Overland Road around 5:30. The found the active fire in the back corner of the store. The fire damaged the back corner of the building and the entire store sustained smoke and water damage.
Minidoka county commissioner Wayne Schenk said he will not be running for a third term.
Schenk, who represents District 1, said he made the decision in order to allow individuals ample time to consider whether they should run for the position.
