A retired professional wrestler and former congressional candidate in Nevada and Texas has been indicted on a murder charge in the death of an Idaho man who suffered a head injury. 45 year old Daniel Rodimer has been charged in the death of 47 year old Christopher Tapp. He had served more than 20 years in prison in Idaho in a 1996 killing before receiving an $11.7 million settlement in 2022 in a wrongful conviction lawsuit.
The U.S. House approved four bills focused on natural resources and land management Tuesday, promoting a Republican message of dissatisfaction with the Biden administration’s approach to conservation. The four bills would force the withdrawal of a recent BLM rule that would allow leases for conservation, remove mining restrictions near Minnesota’s Boundary Waters, delist the gray wolf from the Endangered Species Act and block federal bans on lead ammunition.

The Idaho State Board of Education will hold a special Board meeting this morning, at 10:30.
