The Boise State bronco football team just lost their head football coach and now are facing Utah State in a must-win game to keep its Mountain West title game hopes alive. They need to win out, and it needs Fresno State to lose one game or UNLV to lose two more. Everything is

still on the table – but it all starts with Utah State tomorrow night.


The College of Southern Men's Basketball Team lost a heart breaker on the road to Odessa 76-74 Thursday in the Wrangler Club Shootout. The Golden Eagles held the 74-71 lead with 1:31 to play in the game. Odessa tied it up with 49 seconds to go on a 3-pointer. CSI had a look from the corner to take the lead with 15 seconds to go but Odessa got the rebound and won the game at the buzzer on a layup down the lane.


Meanwhile the ninth-seeded College of Southern Idaho Volleyball team didn't have an answer for top-seeded Florida Southwestern's firepower Thursday, falling to the Bucs 3 to 0.


The third-ranked College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball Team rolled to a 74-54 non-conference victory yesterday. CSI takes on Mesa CC tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. before returning to Twin Falls.


As the High School state football games wrap up for the season, here is a look at this weekends games, Oakley and Butte County meet at the Holt Arena in Pocatello. At Albertons stadium in Boise, Bishop Kelly and Hillcrest will play. Declo and west Side meet at Holt arena as does Coeur d’Alene and Highland of Pocatello and Teton and Sugar Salem.


Last night The Camas County Mushers closed out their season after losing in the championship game against Kendrick. The Kendrick Tigers took home the hardware with a 68 to 0 score. It’s the third straight year they won the 1AD2 Milk bowl trophy.


In Girls basketball Grace defeated Murtaugh 56 to 50. Burley took the win over Wood River 64 to 40. Buhl said no to Canyon ridge 49 to 41. Carey outlasted Hagerman 31 to 21 and Jerome walked away with the win over Filer 67 to 53. It was Wendell 46 to Shoshone 26.


On tonight’s schedule for the girls, Richfield travels to Rimrock, Wood River goes to Caldwell, Castleford travels to Dietrich, Filer hosts Snake River, Gooding goes to Valley. Tomorrow Jerome hosts Kimberly, Buhl heads to Mountain Home and Glenns Ferry travels to Castleford. Ambrose heads to Declo and Meridian will visit Mountain Home. Burley goes to Century.
