George Holani scored two rushing touchdowns in his final game as a Bronco as Boise State football dropped the Starco Brands LA Bowl Hosted by Gronk, 35-22, Saturday at SoFi Stadium.  The Broncos scored on all four of their drives in the first half, with Jonah Dalmas converting a pair of field goals in the first quarter.


The men of the College of Southern Idaho put up 57 second half points to run past Eastern Wyoming 104-72 Saturday in the final night of the Hilex Poly/Physicians Immediate Care Invitational.  On Friday, CSI rolled to a 120-73 win over Utah Prep.  The Golden Eagles, now 10-5 are off until the New Year when they host Treasure Valley Jan. 2.


The 17th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball Team trailed by eight at the half and by 10 late in the third quarter but scored 50 second-half points to beat the Laramie County 81-66 Saturday in a non-conference matchup.  The ladies now 14-3 overall, host Treasure Valley for their next game January 2.


In high school basketball games from over the weekend first for the boys on Friday, Glenns Ferry overpowered Centennial Baptist 89 to 36.  It was Minico 50 Rocky Mountain 42.  Camas County took the win over Horseshoe Ben 66 to 45.  Rockland for the win over Hagerman 62 to 44.  Lighthouse Christian took the win over Riverstone 57 to 46.  Dietrich outlasted Murtaugh 52 to 38.  Glenns Ferry overpowered Wilder 62 to 28. Snake River outlasted Kimberly 62 to 57.  Castleford for the win over Shoshone 53 to 26.  The Sun Valley community school took the win over Richfield 51 to 39.  Watersprings for the win over the win over Hansen 62 to 45.  Buhl for the win over Wood River 54 to 53.  Vallivue 64 over Burley 49


On Saturday for the boys, Liberty Charter took the win over Raft River 64 to 47.  Gooding for the win over Valley 68 to 46.  Oakley downed Butte County 60 to 56. 


For the girls varsity basketball games on Friday, Mountain Home downed Filer 62 to 35.  Jerome for the win over Preston 58 to 37.  Declo outlasted Aberdeen 63 to 23.  Glenns Ferry for the win over Glenns Ferry 76 to 18.  It was Burley 42 to Caldwell 35. 


On Saturday Jerome took the win over Filer 68 to 44.  Shelly for the win over Minico 88 to 40.  Valley 61 to Gooding 49. 


On todays schedule for the boys, Glenns Ferry travels to Rimrock.  Dietrich is on the bus to play Lighthouse Christian in Twin Falls. Raft River hosts Butte County.  Valleyvue travels to Canyon Ridge.  Richfield goes to Carey.  Camas County to Emmett.  Buhl visits Fruitland.  Jerome welcomes Mountain Home.  Declo heads to Soda Springs and Pocatello travels to Twin Falls. Wendell goes to Valley. 


For the girls varsity basketball, Richfield visits Carey.  Oakley travels to  Butte county, Declo goes to Gooding, Twin Falls Bruins to Kimberly and Lighthouse Christian will be in Shoshone.
